Work with What You’ve Got! - $300

Sometimes it takes a fresh pair of eyes to see the potential of your existing space and furnishings. Services include a half-day (4 hours) for both consultation and new placement of your existing furnishings, art, and accessories in a fresh and modern way. A reduced hourly rate of $75/hour is extended for any work requested in additional spaces within your home. Not included within this price is the cost of labor to move larger pieces. This labor can be arranged and coordinated for you.

Assisted Living Apartment Move-In - $750

From personal experience, I know there are few things more distressing than moving a parent from their longtime home to a small, clinical, and impersonal assisted living apartment. I can reduce stress for the family and resident by ensuring familiar items are put in place and a warm, comforting, and safe environment is created for a "softer landing". Price to include eight (8) hours of initial consultation with family and attendance at move-in to coordinate placement and organization of incoming belongings.

A more comprehensive moving effort (coordinating the downsizing, donation/recycle of items, packing, and final clean at current home) with a more defined time estimate can be provided upon request.

New Home / Real Estate Trolling - $250/home toured

I will join you and your real estate agent as you tour and view possible new homes. While not being able to speak to the structural/mechanical/electrical integrity of the home, I can help you visualize the possibility of the home. Often, a home on the market is outdated or just plain dreary and I can help you see beyond that to the real value and potential of the home (or not!).
